A great alternative to potato chips!
- 6 cups Arugula (Fresh and Washed)
Try different spices! Maybe Salt and Pepper, maybe Indian or BBQ!
|Preheat oven to 350 |
|Place arugula on baking sheet |
|Spray with Olive oil spray or other cooking spray |
|Sprinkle with salt or other topping of choice |
|Cook 8-10 minutes keeping an eye so as not to burn |
|Place cookie sheet on a cooling rack and allow the arugula to crisp up.|
