My husband and I have been happily married for eight years. We have a beautiful daughter, Cameron, an adorable son, Charlie, as well as our dog Vegas. I love being active so we typically spend our weekends out on our bikes or doing some other fun activity.
I originally got interested in nutrition years ago when I was diagnosed with multiple food allergies. Since then our meals have been trial and error. We had some pretty amazing meals, and I’ve also failed when trying new recipes. It’s all in the experience!
As a mom, my days are spent taking care of our children. The last thing on my mind most days is making dinner. I do think, however, that it is extremely important to feed my family well cooked, nutritious meals.
I received my training to practice Health Coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts like the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the Zone and raw foods.
